To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unused or minimally used
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Sale Items — Final Sale Policy
All items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or with a discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Items purchased during flash sales
- Items purchased during holiday promotions
- Items purchased using any discount or coupon code
- Items purchased during limited time offers
- Bundle deals and special promotional packages
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase during any sale event. By completing a purchase during a promotional period, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

No Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on a change of mind. This includes but is not limited to:

- Deciding the product is not needed after delivery

Order Cancellations
We understand that mistakes happen. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your purchase.

- Include your full name and order number in the email body
Please note the following:
- Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of purchase cannot be guaranteed
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled
- If your order has already shipped at the time of your cancellation request, you will need to wait for delivery and follow the standard return process if eligible
- Sale items cannot be cancelled after the 24-hour window under any circumstances
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, which is why we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests outside of this window.
Return Shipping Costs
By placing an order and accepting our Terms & Conditions at checkout, the customer acknowledges and agrees that any return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a return request is approved, the customer must arrange and pay for the return shipment. The return shipping fee may vary depending on the customer's country, carrier rates, and shipping method selected.
The customer assumes all costs, risks, and responsibilities associated with returning the item, including but not limited to shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by the carrier or local authorities. These charges are non-refundable and will not be covered by the Company.
Failure to pay the applicable return shipping costs may result in the return request being denied or the return shipment being refused.
Damaged or Defective Items

- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. We take product quality seriously and will always make it right if there is a fault on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

- Custom or personalized planters
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items showing signs of excessive use or damage caused by the customer
How To Start a Return
If your item meets all return eligibility requirements, follow these steps:

- Include your full name, order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
